The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, offering a warm welcome. the room was comfortable, but unfortunately, it was also infiltrated with ladybugs, which led to some inconvenience. the owner was hands-on, eager to make things right, yet there were some hiccups with the management's follow-up. The location of the hotel was convenient, providing easy access to major attractions like the Tennessee Aquarium and Lookout Mountain. However, the lack of complimentary breakfast and inconvenient parking due to the surrounding ravine were drawbacks. The amenities at Doubletree By Hilton Chattanooga Hamilton Place were satisfactory, with free WiFi and newspapers in all rooms. However, improvements could be made with the addition of microwaves in the rooms and better maintenance of facilities like ice makers. Overall, my experience at the hotel had its ups and downs. the warm hospitality and convenient location were commendable, but the pest issue and lack of certain amenities left room for improvement.
